Arrive in Rome with a direct flight.

Rome Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci) is directly accessible via Canada, United States of America & Europe.

Rent a car upon arrival in Rome and drive directly to Hotel La Palagina (two to three hours).

Please note that if you plan on visiting Rome, rental cars are not permitted to enter certain areas. The City of Rome enforces a driving restriction known as the ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato), which limits parking and direct vehicle access within the city center. Taxis and Ubers are readily available within these restricted zones, and the city itself is very walkable. For those who prefer to have a car, parking is available just outside the ZTL zones.

Take train from Rome to Florence.

Reach the main Rome Termini train station and take train to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station. Then take train from Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) to Figlina Vardano train station.

There is round-trip shuttle service with pick up from Figline Valdarno Station by purchasing tickets at the hotel reception after your journey (€2.50 per adult and €1.50 per child).
